Beginner (Pre-Conditioning):  Walking

This plan is for those who are mobile but are not currently walking for exercise.  There is an option for introducing a small amount of running.
Level:  Beginner, mobile

This plan is for those who are mobile (minimally to fully).

Easy Ground Work:  Yoga

This plan is for those with and without yoga experience.  Some of the postures are challenging, but much is ground work.  I bet there is something for you in one of these:
